Our Home Reset is a transformative, client-led service designed to restore your living space to the organised, clean, and clutter-free home you envision. We take a methodical, room-by-room approach, ensuring that no stone is left unturned.

Starting in one room at a time, we go through every cupboard, drawer, and surface, carefully decluttering and organising as we go. Our process includes filing paperwork, sorting items, and setting aside anything you wish to donate or dispose of—it’s entirely your choice. We’ll deep clean each area, ensuring nothing is placed back into a dirty space. From dinnerware to décor, everything is arranged into sets where applicable, creating a sense of order and harmony in every part of your home.

Our goal is to work closely with you to create the home you want, whether it’s a minimal, clutter-free environment or a well-organised, cozy space. Every home is unique, and so is the service we provide. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, as the scale of the project may vary, from a one-bedroom flat to a five-bedroom house.

Our extensive experience of working with hoarders has been brought together in this service and has been proven to work over the time that we have been established. Hoarding support isn't a one off type of service. Almost all of our clients that we provide this service to have 2-3 visits from us per week. These visits range from 1 hour to 4 hours appointments. The range is determined by the client and what feels comfortable to them. We understand this process can be difficult and therefore we avoid you feeling overwhelmed at all costs.

Over time, we work with you to gradually achieve the goal that you desire. This may be in the form of packaging items and storing them, or going through each item with you, selecting what you would like to donate or dispose of. 

This is one of the most bespoke services that we offer and as as result a 30 Minute consultation with you is a necessity. A friend, family member or social worker is welcome to also be a part of this process to ensure you have the support you need through this service. 

 Our Bespoke Home Organisation service is designed to bring order and harmony to every corner of your home, tailored entirely to your vision. Whether you're dreaming of a meticulously organised space or a system where everything has its rightful place, we make it a reality. We specialise in transforming cluttered cupboards, wardrobes, pantries, and more into beautifully organised spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

It’s easy for the inside of cupboards or wardrobes to become overcrowded and messy, hidden behind closed doors. But if you’re like us, the feeling of disarray remains. That’s where we come in—no space is too small or too challenging for us to organise. From kitchen cupboards to bedroom wardrobes, and from pantries to bathrooms, we ensure everything is neat, accessible, and aligned with your preferences.

During our consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your needs and your unique vision. We’ll explore different organisational solutions, such as storage containers, jars, and boxes, ensuring that the design complements your home’s décor. Our passion is to create a functional, stress-free environment that not only looks beautiful but also simplifies your daily life.

A deep clean involves the following:

• General clean +
• Polishing wood furniture and surfaces.
• Cleaning behind/underneath large furniture where possible.
• Cleaning handrails, banisters and spindles
• Cleaning inside windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly Inc tiles.
• Cleaning inside and outside of kitchen appliances such as the microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer (ovens are excluded)
• Washing baseboards, skirting boards, doors, door frames, and other trim.
• Removing cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
• Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches and door knobs.
• Disinfecting in and outside of household bins

A general clean involves the following:

• Hoovering, sweeping & mopping all floors.
• Dusting/Cleaning surfaces such as furniture, shelves and countertops.
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks and showers.
• Wiping down kitchen surfaces, including sinks and appliances.
• Cleaning fronts of cabinets.
• Emptying rubbish bins and recycling.
• A general tidy-up where necessary.
• Refreshing air by opening windows or using air fresheners, if desired.
• Making beds and changing linens, if requested.

These can be one off services, or regular, re-occurring services. If you decide this is a service that you would like on a regular basis, we do encourage a deep clean first so that we have a blank canvas to work from.
