Meet Our Team

  Ashley is our Operations Manager. With a solid background in management Ashley brings a wealth of experience in overseeing the day to day running of business’.

In addition to managing the daily operations, Ashley also supports our home resets which she loves doing.

 Andrea has been with CYC since the very beginning. She is bubbly and full of energy and has extensive experience working with vulnerable people, having managed residential care homes for many years. All of Andrea’s clients look forward to her visits, and she builds friendships with each of them 

 Carla is a Mum to two young children and works with us two days a week. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She primarily works with our elderly clients, helping them in their homes by keeping things clean and tidy and assisting with anything else they need 

Grace worked in childcare for four years, then went into care, which she has been doing for the last 17 years. She wanted to continue working with vulnerable people and with CYC she is doing exactly that, whilst getting to transform there homes too!

 Hayley has over 13 years of professional cleaning experience who takes pride in maintaining a high standard in every job she undertakes.

Hayley currently does 3 days a week with us and you may see her at general cleans or home resets.

 Amanda has dedicated many years to the NHS, working as a care assistant on the wards and supporting individuals at their most vulnerable. She naturally embodies a warm, nurturing presence, quickly adopting a motherly role. Her true passion lies in caring for others and making a meaningful difference in their lives 

 Michelle has over 30 years of experience in care and cleaning, and she truly loves helping people.

she takes pride in making clients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. 

When Michelle isn't working for CYC she loves teaching Yoga!
